This space is both a blog and a website. The website is dedicated to my work as both a professional photographer and photographic trainer, and the blog is where I simply ramble on about things that interest, amuse of just down right annoy me. it’s sort of a solo grumpy old man show.  Today I’m quite happy not too much has annoyed me, I have spent the day building the infinity cove in Studio One at The Works Studio this is going to be a fantastic facility in Cambridgeshire, and along with Studio Two which is a totally black studio, will give me a great place to teach photography. Studio Two has been designed as a commercial studio which is ideal for product and art photography, but it also doubles up as a teaching studio with seating for 20 people. Studio One (the studio I have been working on today) is a large all white infinity cove studio, large enough for car photography, and will also allow me to teach many of the techniques used in hi-key product and people photography. The studio is huge and at 10 meters x 10 meters is probably one of the biggest in the south of England (outside London).  When the studio is finished (around the end of May 2012) I’m intending to run a series of courses on hi-key studio photography and I will be also be running a lo-key studio lighting course.
